1. Free Shipping on All Orders
We believe that investing in your health should be straightforward. That’s why Bremora LLC offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required.
2. Processing Times

Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will typically begin processing the same day.

Notification: You will receive a second notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship directly from our fulfillment center in Euless, Texas, to ensure fast delivery across the country.

Standard Shipping: FREE (3–5 business days).

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional calculated fee (1–2 business days).
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS, though delivery times may be slightly longer for these destinations.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring Bremora Vital to international customers in the near future.
6. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bremoravital.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
7. Shipping Changes & Cancellations
Because we strive for rapid fulfillment, we can only make changes to an order or shipping address within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
Bremora LLC is not responsible for items lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@bremoravital.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
