We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of a single product. We want you to experience the difference our premium ingredients make.

Note: This guarantee applies to one opened container of any specific product per customer.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund on unopened items:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been more than 50% consumed.

Individual patches from a pack that have been used.

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Our team will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our Texas office without prior authorization.
5. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent).

Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@bremoravital.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
